Consuming iron with green tea may not give best results: Study – TheHealthSite

According to a new study published in American Journal of Pathology, EGCG, the main compound in green tea, potently inhibits myeloperoxidase, a pro-inflammatory enzyme released by white blood cells during inflammation.
