Bollywood’s renowned Kathak dancer Pandit Veeru Krishna, who has worked in many films, died in Mumbai. He was an excellent Kathak dancer as well as a great artist. Many big Bollywood stars like Juhi Chawla, Katrina Kaif, Karanvir Bohra learned to dance with them. Apart from this, he has also appeared in Aamir Khan and Karisma Kapoor’s film Raja Hindustani and Raveena Tandon and Govinda’s film Dulhe Raja. Apart from this, viewers will remember his character in many hit films like Ishq, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke and Akele Hum Akele Tum.
After the demise of Pandit Veeru Krishna, many big Bollywood celebs have expressed their grief, including many stars like actress Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta, Karan Veer Bohra. Apart from this, actress Navneet Nishan who appeared with him in the film Raja Hindustani has also written a very emotional post on his Facebook expressing his condolences on his death.
He wrote that my dear Veeru Krishna, may God bless your soul. I cannot believe that you have left us forever. You were not just a great Kathak dancer but a brilliant storyteller. I will miss you forever my friend Along with this, many photos of the film were also shared.
Priyanka Chopra while expressing her sorrow over his death, tweeted that You taught me to dance when I was two left feet. Apart from these, actress Lara Dutta also mourned her death, writing that this is very sad news indeed. Prayers and heartfelt condolences to Guruji’s family.
